Growing up on a military base with a ton of friends, physical activities and sports gave me the early deep appreciation for movement, exercise and eventually resiliency. During high school and college, the idea of finding the next challenging sport seemed to be my drug of choice until I realized through injury that overtraining and self-imposed suffering was unsustainable. I sought for professional physical relief which ultimately led me to Active Release Techniques. Along with some mindful course-correcting, I found a reliable path to pain-free living. In the end it was the predominant reason I decided to return to school to become an ART Provider myself. This correction in my belief system behind wellness and longevity has afforded me a deeper connection with myself and others. Now I have the ability to be of service to people searching for the same freedom I once did and experience the type of life they might not have thought was possible. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children as well as traveling, golfing, surfing and reading.
